President's Initiatives

Leadership Development Cohort

The WVC Leadership Development Program launched in Fall 2025 and equips a cohort of faculty and staff at the college to become empowered leaders. Through cross-department collaboration, this approach is intended to foster collaboration, break down siloes, and prepare each member of the cohort to develop critical leadership skills and strategies. The goal of the Leadership Development Program is to invest in our community so we can better serve students across North Central Washington and advance our mission throughout the state.
